Description:
First implementation of evolve. Ecology and evolutionary biology
package providing 3 different biology programs: an allele flow
program, a demography program, and an island migration program. The
allele flow program demonstrates how the frequency of an allele
changes over time when being affected by 3 genetic driving forces:
selection, mutation, and genetic drift. The Demography program shows
the change in distribution of individuals across different life stages
after a number of generations. The island migrations program
demonstrates the concept of gene flow and how migrations between
islands can affect the allele frequencies of those islands.
