The Claremont Inn operates a shuttle to the Ontario Airport. After you have your bags, call (800) 854-5733 or (909) 626-2411 for pickup and wait at the hotel pickup island. They are unable to pick you up at the baggage claim area. The hotel shuttle is free. You can also take a taxi for about $20. Travel time from Ontario to the Claremont Inn is about 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you have to fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), go to the ground transportation kiosk and ask for transportation options to Claremont. They can arrange a shuttle to take you directly to the hotel or other site. One option is LA XPress (800-427-7483) which, the last time we checked, charged $42 one way. Travel time from LAX to Claremont can vary from 50 to 90 minutes or even longer, depending on traffic.
The Claremont Inn's complimentary shuttle will also take you to and pick you up from the conference site. The shuttle leaves the hotel in the morning every hour on the hour from 7:00 AM until noon. After that, shuttle rides may be requested as needed by calling the main desk (626-2411).
